Farmers in Phoenix are invited to apply for grants to help with their efforts in resilient and sustainable agriculture measures. The City of Phoenix's Office of Environmental Programs has $245,000 in grants available. The funding is meant to help private and non-profit farms that are interested in transitioning toward a more sustainable, resilient, equitable, and thriving food system.

Examples of resilient projects include, but are not limited to:
  • Food waste mitigation
  • Agrivoltaics
  • Soil health improvement
  • Water efficiency measures
  • Regenerative agriculture
  • Shade structures/cloth
  • Vertical farming
